Project description:

In the hospital, temperature, humidity and room pressure are optimally regulated according to the application, from a patient's room to the operating theatre.
This is achieved with Siemens Desigo PX control equipment. The technical department uses the Desigo CC building management system from Siemens.
The alarms are monitored daily.
In order to waste no time, critical alarms are immediately forwarded via the ESPA4.4.4 protocol to the internal telephone system. This allows the right person to take immediate action.
The control parameters are also monitored and adjusted if necessary to achieve the correct climate.
All this is aimed at producing and distributing heat and cold as optimally as possible with the lowest possible energy consumption.
The heat production consists of a cascade of a combined heat and power plant (heat + electricity) and 2 Viessmann boilers.
The cold production consists of a cascade of 3 Trane chillers.
Via the MOD bus protocol, energy is monitored from all power rooms and UPS backups.
The circulation pumps are controlled by a constant pressure or volume curve and their operating hours are logged.
The ventilation groups ensure the right temperature, humidity and room pressure.
