Sportpunt 1 in Zwevegem has an extensive sports infrastructure. This consists of a gymnasium and judo hall, conference and meeting rooms. We carried out a renovation and renewed the old Unigyr system.

The sports complex also includes conference and meeting rooms that are accessible to people with disabilities.
Why is this project so special?
In 2008, the building was built with the Siemens Unigyr control system with POP card operation and with PTM1.XX input and output modules.
The Unigyr Insight building management system operated on a local PC and communicated with the HVAC installation via the Profibus FMS protocol.
End of 2020: renovation of the Siemens HVAC control and building management system.
The Desigo system consists of a PXC100.E-D controller with touch screen operation and TXM1.xx input and output modules.
The Control Point building management system consists of a WEB controller and communicates with the building's Ethernet network and can be accessed via an Internet browser.
