An existing office building of the TVH company in Waregem was completely refurbished.
The installation consists of a heat pump and a ventilation group. The zone control consists of climate ceilings with 6-way valves and VAVs in the meeting rooms.

Description of the project:

The HVAC installation is connected via KNX/BACNet gates. The primary controls are done by a PXC200E.D and the zone controls (climate ceilings and VAVs) are done via the zone controllers DXR2.E18. The room thermostats are standard KNX sensors that the customer uses throughout the plant and that we take in via the KNX input on the zone controllers as a third party. We have developed our own template for these zone controls via TIA Portal for the DXR controllers.

The end customer has a building service that does the management itself.
